August 9, 2011 - The murder of friend and colleague Matthew Simmons is a tragedy that strikes right at Freedom of Speech.

This link leads to an interview Matthew gave on Bloomberg Television, of which he said, "They may well kill me for this." Indeed Matthew was found dead on Sunday last in his hot tub in Maine. Although his death is being called "accidental" I think you will agree that what he is saying so contradicts the misrepresentations by BP and it's cohorts in the Obama Administration that "accidental" is hardly the appropriate word to use.

It is essential to realize that this man was the insiders insider in the oil and gas industry. He was also a champion of alternative energy during more recent times. Matthew was a man whose testimony counted to anyone who knew him. His gravitas was unmatched by any of the lying sycophants who posture themselves for the media day in and day out regarding this tragedy. His testimony is not some casual statement; it is a statement of fact and if we don't hear him and demand that our Government acts in a manner appropriate to the situation as it is then the price will be the death of the Gulf of Mexico and all that that means to our planet and our economy. The Obama Administration needs to be called on the carpet by both Democrats and Republicans for their implicit collusion in this most horrible of lies. To say that 75% percent of the oil from this ongoing catastrophe is gone is the one of the greatest lies ever told in history.

Caveat: Ignore this testimony and this death at your own peril.

August 9, 2010 - The journey toward understanding "Tesla technology" had taken Jeane Manning to science conferences in Germany in 1987 and Switzerland two years later.

At both meetings, she heard an American astrophysicist, Adam Trombly; give eloquent speeches on environmental issues. A protégé of the late Buckminster Fuller, Trombly had founded the non-profit Project Earth through which he worked with other scientists toward understanding global ecosystems - the big picture.

June 24, 2008 - We have been offered every form of solution and yet not one has been implemented. The program for the destruction of Earth has such momentum that most attempts to help are insufficient.

"Generation of Electrical Power from Absolute Vacuum by High Speed Rotation of Conducting Magnetic Cylinder"

"The key feature (of) this issue (is) the analysis of the international patent for a machine with an "output power greater than input" by Adam Trombly and Joseph Kahn of ACME Energy Company of San Rafael, California. Thanks to this particular patent the annals of patent law have been provided an outstanding case of what a patent should be. The essential criterion of a patent is that someone may duplicate the art from the patent documents alone and the actual art will work precisely as the documents say. The Trombly-Kahn "homopolar generator" patent, the one that had a "gag order" slapped on it by federal authority, came out under intrnational rules and a scientist in India was able to duplicate the art from the patent documents. This may be a "first" and a case for history books. In our August issue we inadvertently presented the duplication and the analysis of Trombly's work as the work of Paramahamea Tewari of Bombay as a Tewari patent. THAT WAS AN ERROR.

August 1986 - "The following application is for an "over-unity" electrical generation device. The Patent applicant acknowledges the work of Adam Trombly and Joseph Kahn, of the ACME Energy Company in San Rafael, California, on a "Closed Path Homopolar MAchine," and the critique of that work by Bruce DePalma, of Santa Barbara, California.
